That would be something to see

I hope WBD does sue Bannon for libel. It would be a treat to see a federal judge opine that a man has to have a reputation before he can be libeled.

It's true, a well-settled principle of the law.

    Whom the gods would destroy they first make mad. That was the ancient gods. Today's gods first make ridiculous.

    And stupid.

    The attack on Bannon's disclosure agreement will fail and then, guess what? everybody else with a non-disclosure agreement will realize his lips are unsealed.
